The Design-Build Approach allows you to expedite your construction project, utilizing our in house resources. Working hand in hand with our designers and architects allows us the opportunity to preview initial designs and make any suggestions to avoid any design pitfalls. As in the initial design phase Stelle Construction will be working with the designers and Architects to help identify the most cost efficient methods of modern construction. This helps to save you
money as well as avoid costly “change orders” to the project.

Custom Design

Let our in-house designers take your initial ideas and concepts and turn them into reality. After our initial consultation, we develop your ideas using state of the art CAD tools. Once the initial design process is complete our relationship with
our architects come into focus. Our architects then transform the design into a full set of working plans. This phase can then be turned over utilizing the Design- Build approach or the more conventional architectural process. With either
decision Stelle Construction will be there to help guide you through the process.
